Can understand your anger. We also had to experience that the additional costs for special requests with the developer are beyond all reason.

Yes. For us, it is not just the frustration over the amount of additional costs, rather the poor planning, communication, and the otherwise strict adherence to contractual terms, which are interpreted more "flexibly" in case of disagreements.

It was the same with us. Not unusual. Especially since the general contractor also likes to add his effort (writing invoices and collecting money). Also important because of warranty. Or do you as a customer want to chase after the subcontractor?

That is unfortunately the classic case. I know it from the circle of colleagues. One actually has a well-known and expensive developer. He ripped him off for every special request. He then did some things himself.

It's not about legal advice at all, just my interest. I only have rudimentary knowledge of civil law and also have an opinion on it. However, it is certainly not comprehensive. Apart from that: the term [Jurist] is not protected. I could call myself that as well
