It's not about legal advice for me, just about my interest. I only have rudimentary knowledge of civil law and I also have an opinion on that. But it is certainly not comprehensive.

Of course you can call yourself that. I can also call myself an "economist" or "home builder" (I haven't built a house yet) - everyone as they please

Regarding the present matter, I have explained the issue from my perspective in 2-3 posts - you are welcome to have a different "opinion" on this - but in my opinion, the OPs here should not be presented with any opinions as "the right one" which are legally either nonsense or not as clear-cut as written.

I only wrote about one opinion. Not about another. For me, it would have only been interesting to be confirmed or refuted. No more, no less. Since I don't have any solid knowledge, I also don't write my opinion here. I leave that to others. It's a pity that you don't write anything concrete about your profession. So it remains speculation whether one can rely on your opinion.

Aero put it quite accurately - but that does not mean that one can rely on my opinion because of that (see above - three lawyers = 4 opinions)
