I had that in my old apartment. I found it annoying. In summer not really an issue, but in winter there was a dehumidifier in every room and I had to regularly dry the windows. I’m not one of those who likes to have 24 degrees in the room. But that would have been the only way to dry the water. Regular ventilation never helped either.
