About ventilation. This forum has two factions and many indifferent people. The all-or-nothing faction says controlled residential ventilation and nothing else. The more economical ones say, exhaust motor in the bathroom and window rebate ventilators also work, just cheaper and not quite perfect. Decide where you belong. Doors, yes there is surely something in between. Feel free to ask a carpenter. He knows more precisely.

Yeah. For me, it’s more about getting the damp and stale air out :).

My wife always cares about it being at least 23 degrees or more..... and besides the underfloor heating, the other component would be the stove or warm air ventilation.

We currently live in an old building, and the heating in the basement is turned down after 10 p.m., so the temperature in the apartments also drops. With the disadvantage that it gets very cold.
Please feel free to provide further information.

We have helios extractor fan in the bathroom plus window rebate ventilator plus underfloor heating plus bungalow 108 sqm. It is warm and has good air. It works like this too. Our doors are jeldwen standard white matte smooth and I find that okay. There are two of us. Soundproofing? I am not a lawyer.

What does the floor plan look like? Is it possible to optimize something cost-effectively or for free?
With underfloor heating everything stays warm, don’t worry ;)
