As far as the floor plan is concerned, these are load-bearing walls. If there is another way, the seller and we have not yet discussed it.

People say, a little something is always possible :)

What is FBG?

Thanks for the explanation about the underfloor heating.

super.

now I've gone through the construction plan. It says something about mechanical ventilation in wet rooms... that's probably the standard for what you also have ypg?

Does the apartment consist only of living space or does it include usable space? It has something to do with the price of the property

Usually your developer has samples or a craftsman (e.g., wood specialist dealer) where he sends you for sampling. You choose and get told the extra cost.

An example: For us, the extra charges were really reasonable (interior door with groove, glass door in the living room). We had everything done through the developer for an extra charge.

A colleague lives in FFM and worked with an apothecary developer. It blew my mind what extra charges they came up with around the corner. It went so far that they assigned the glass door elsewhere because it was cheaper than the extra charge.

The motto is always to sample beforehand if possible or express your wishes and ask about the extra charge. Don’t be surprised by a big price shock after the ink on the purchase contract dries.

super. Thanks for the tips.

there are 120 sqm of pure living space, a bit of basement and common areas like [Spielplatz], [Tiefgarage] etc. are still available.

Exactly the extra cost for changes is what I want to know in advance, so far the seller is keeping fairly quiet.
