DEURA primarily sells heat pumps. But if you don't want to freeze, those things need a lot of electricity in winter. The calculations of the electricity costs come from the laboratory. If you use a gas boiler, the savings are enormous and you can do without subsidy programs. If the insulation is okay, then with the gas boiler you have energy costs of 400-500€ per year. The heat pump doesn't last forever, 10-15 years. Then it becomes expensive. You can get the gas boiler for 2300€. Electricity costs for the heat pump can explode if you don't want to freeze. 1000kWh per month is no problem.

Slowly I am completely doubting your qualification as an expert. From you, in this regard, come only pub talk phrases. The heat pump consumption database and heat pumps among acquaintances say otherwise. The acquaintance with whom I implemented the trench collector has now needed 2000kWh of electricity in 6 months, including the screed program. Properly designed, a system with a heat pump is definitely economical. Right from the start, since the chimney and gas connection are no longer needed.
