That's how it is.
The pseudo expert here is actually just writing quite a lot of rubbish.

By the way, I also implemented a trench collector. Cheaper than gas in terms of investment (back-of-the-envelope calculation, since the construction of the collector was done in-house - material and excavation work €2,500, €4,500 subsidy.. makes a good €2,000 profit .) Every gas boiler can pack up against my heating costs with an annual performance factor >5.

Thank you for the many contributions. I take away that the window rebate ventilation is actually a cheap solution, but still works. However, since ventilation is certainly one of the most important components of the house, I would be reluctant to save money here. I tend to prefer a better variant. How does a central ventilation system get along with a chimney - are there any problems?

We have that too - it gets along very well, you just need to buy the right chimney. --> Room air-independent with DIBT certification. Just talk to your local chimney sweep.

Contact the chimney sweep, present the chimney system. He will decide whether, for example, an underpressure monitor is additionally required.

Baumfachmann, if you have no idea, just...

I currently have 23° C in the house and could walk around naked here, but that is not the point.

On the one hand, the system was actually defective for me and only heated with electricity without a compressor in emergency mode and the mentioned day was one of the coldest days here in two months, and thus a fourfold value of the normal values on a very cold day. The additional consumption is also covered by the manufacturer because of the repair.

If you are really interested in how much heating costs I had, I will gladly check.

An expert who has no command of spelling at all – that is rather doubtful.
