Ever thought about autocorrect? At the moment, I have limited eyesight and can only move two fingers on my left hand. Just make fun of me. Put down the blinkers for once.

2014 KFW70, air-to-water heat pump, window rebate ventilator with exhaust air in two bathrooms and the utility room: Heat pump electricity for 2016 (for heating and hot water) 2896 kWh (€637.12).

At a consistent 22° C over 135 m² without a basement.

Oh, and the air is never stuffy, the humidity is minimal at an average of 45%.

I am glad that we have an affordable and low-maintenance ventilation system.

I find that quite high. We have district heating and pay around 70 euros per month for 220 sqm. I always thought district heating was the most expensive...

Are you valued that highly or are the 70 already based on an annual statement? For example, we are estimated by [eon] at 60,- per month including gas. I will see the truth in September.

Actually, you can't really assess that, since we don't know whether there was showering or bathing in the respective year and if so, how often and how hot :P. But 640 euros for heating and hot water per year is practically a gift. But I don't live in the south either ...

Whether €53 per month is "relatively" expensive or not is "relatively" irrelevant to me. "Absolutely" it is almost nothing. And any further measures for more energy efficiency would no longer have paid off in my life.

Viewed against the background that today you are no longer allowed to insulate as poorly as I was two years ago, one increasingly recognizes the perversion of the KFW levels...
