Determination of the "monetary value" of a property in later financing

Let's be clear: There is no binding statement. It depends on the bank, but it is assumed to be an assessment based on the market price or purchase price, if it fits within the general framework.

Market value is between 150-200 €. It was simply a bargain. Also at the time of purchase.

A bank sets a value according to its own criteria. There are no public rules for this. Nor is there any compulsory logic. Sometimes they value properties favorably if they really want a customer, and sometimes rather unfavorably. Nevertheless, don't worry, because there are several banks and possibly also credit brokers.

Only offer what the property is worth to you. If you don't get it then, it wasn't worth that much to you anyway. Be confident enough to rely on yourself.
