Has anyone already asked you about your price limit? With €450k you won’t be able to build this house in this size. When the shell builder gets the input planning, the shell construction alone will be over €220k. My guess is, there won’t be much left to convey the appearance or the standard from outside to inside, if you know what I mean!?
