Current prices of photovoltaic systems / experiences with reliability?

So "in the past" that was too expensive. From 10 kWp you could expect about €1000/kWp all inclusive before 2021. I still paid €1058 in expensive BaWü in 2021. Shortly after that came the Panama story and since then everything has gone crazy...

Last offer before Easter was €1300 for 15 kWp with installation still in 2022.

Scaffolding and a bit of remodeling work on the distribution box were also included. There is no acceptance inspection for photovoltaic systems. The (registered) electrician connects everything and registers the commissioning with the grid operator. Done. If the latter absolutely wants to come by again at their own expense, they are welcome to do so. By the way, changing the meter costs nothing as well. So it’s best not to sign anything from the VNB or MSB, then the Renewable Energy Act simply applies.

Gross or net? I assume net. But it always helps to specify. I also had to get used to it at the beginning and understand why in the photovoltaic sector people almost always work with net figures.

I always mix that up. Without tax, though. You get that back after a few weeks anyway.

PS: looking at your house like that, the installation was probably cheap, but the returns likely not so great, right? ;-)

Approximately 1300 EUR net per kWp I can currently also confirm (for a 13 kWp system). In our area as well, rather expensive Rhein-Main region

That's why you should always compare the net figures IF you (the OP) decide on regular taxation. That's exactly why it makes the most sense in the first 5 years. But there are also people who don't want to deal with the paperwork and choose the small business regulation.
