Somehow, in our housing development with about 50 houses, smaller cranes were only present when concrete slabs or the roof truss were delivered. Otherwise, everything was loaded directly from the truck into the upper floor. Therefore, I hardly believe that it is not possible without a crane or that it would be more expensive to build without a crane.

I hope you are right. I currently have two statements on this.

BU: Without it is not possible because of the basement
Planner: Without it takes longer and will be more expensive

Of course, we wish for a solution without all the paragraph hassle.

You have picked yourself a funny BU ...

Basements also work without a _large_ crane, the individual sandwich parts of the KG are not that unwieldy after all. He just has to reload. If the KG can be built with masonry, then certainly no problem. Has nobody looked at your property beforehand?

Only the prestressed ceilings have to give way to _conventionally_ shuttered ceilings, which of course means an extra charge for the interior plaster.

If possible, I wouldn’t put myself through the hassle with the building authority and neighbors.

Just my 2 Coins

The basement and the ceilings are being poured, there are no sandwich parts, the basement is not being bricked. Filigree ceilings don't mean much to me. I'm also not quite clear why the two are hanging on the crane like that when it can be done without it.

So the concrete parts are basically always shuttered? Then your construction manager would need a concrete pump rather than a crane?

Unfortunately, I can’t answer that. I only know "gegossen," no precast parts. What is the alternative to geschalt? Is that what you call [Filigrandecke]? Does it require a crane?
