Crane from the neighbor on my property

I don’t know how it is for others, but for me the topic of building a house was completely new. And more than once I thought, "I would never have thought of that." There is so much to think about! Naive, I would say today. And I’m sure many first-time builders feel the same way. (For example, the application for permission to create a driveway...)

Hello, thank you again for all the answers. Now I would like to briefly report how it went. We had allowed our neighbors to park the crane on our property. Ultimately, via WhatsApp with the note of when it should start here and that everything should be gone by then. So informally, but still in writing. Well, in the end it turned out quite differently: Because of the swing area of another crane, they were not allowed to park it there at all. Now it ended up on their own property...
