For the knives, of course, this is not good and they need to be sharpened more often. It's not like we're cutting the rough stuff here now... but quickly slicing a tomato, etc... we no longer take out an extra board for that. That is quite practical..

We have selected Dekton for our kitchen. The properties plus the selection of decors convinced us. Above all, we wanted a thin countertop, which of course is still sufficiently stable. With Dekton, this works with a thickness of 12mm. Unfortunately, the fun is also among the most expensive materials you can choose as a countertop. You also have to see what the kitchen studio can offer. Our local supplier made a reasonable price, so the decision was relatively easy.
