Costs for plumbing & heat pump

I read along a lot and have already taken a lot from the forum.
For us, construction will start soon.
We only have the last trade left. Plumbing...

Our architect estimated about 40,000€. We have just been to the bathroom showroom. This is what came out. We have already gone into the lower price range. I can also have the washbasin and cabinets made by the carpenter. That could save me about 1000-2000€.

Could you please look at the offer and say whether the prices are realistic, or simply way too high?
Main bathroom about 14m² and guest bathroom 6m².

make a jpeg out of it. Then you can upload it. Without having seen it, it’s probably realistic since you were at a bathroom exhibition. A presentation of oneself and the project is also gladly seen. Are you building in individual contracts?... Tell us a little bit.

Affordable price range for bathroom furniture at the specialist dealer and those made by the carpenter should be 1 - 2k€ cheaper??

Plumbing and heat pump must be calculated with 50,000 to 60,000.

I would agree with that, but without tiles and with controlled residential ventilation or vice versa. Without controlled residential ventilation, 40k€ is easily achievable, but tiles are still not included.
