If that interests you, move it to a separate thread, I could report from my own recent experience. Depending on the size of the garden, €2,500 is of course too little. But it can also be enough if you act skillfully.

Since we only have a few gravel beds and the lawn area in this regard, that point should be sufficient. The rest, if desired, will be done over time.

So we have budgeted €70,000 for additional costs (inspection, connections, sewage pump, heating, earthworks, official fees, ...) and they are already gone. Well, we also have a big amount of earthworks. Don't forget, even if the plot is fully developed, you still have to pay the connection fees to the house. Depending on the region, this can quickly add up to €3,000 to €5,000. If you need a special sewage pump, that's a fixed €5,000 as well.

For the house connections, €7,500 are included in the ancillary costs.

Usually, 30 cm for the slab is contractually included. However, based on experience, that is not sufficient. Although there should be no surprises with rubble etc. in Lower Saxony, just imagine if the ground is not load-bearing, so a soil replacement must be done. Or the soil report provides other specifications, e.g., regarding toxic values. Then interim storage is included as well, but usually, the soil must still be hauled away and new soil purchased. I would not calculate exclusively under 10,000 € for that. It is also not uncommon in Lower Saxony that a cistern is required to divert rainwater from the property. -> 6,000 € The all-around spray protection on the house unfortunately also eats up 2,500 €.

I would like to recommend these threads to you:

Just a question... How big is the cistern that costs 6000 supposed to be?
