but you can only manage the 1500 without document verification, if no reports are written and the Bauherren-Schutzbund guy lives opposite

With us, that costs 1800 including the reports.

Again: you should correct the numbers upwards. Your arguments or defense of your numbers taken from the internet are incomplete or outdated. There are partly misunderstandings here because of comprehension problems. Regarding the inquiry from above to me: we had to bury a concrete shaft for draining the rainwater, no idea how big, but the invoice including the sewage shaft amounted to about 5000 back then, nowadays I simply advise the OP to plan 6000 here. If he does not accept that, that is his problem. Regarding the soil report: a soil report for the construction area does _not_ replace the basic soil report for the parcels! Best regards

Oh good that you say that. We only have the 1500€ in mind. I need to round up my list right away.

Oh yes ypg you’re right. Our soil report was ... well, mediocre. At our neighbors 50m away everything was good again.

Did you each only assume the lowest price that is accepted in the contract?
With us as follows:
the construction-accompanying quality control with certificate: 4,800-9,800 euros
selective inspections: 3,500-8,900 euros

These amounts under 2,000 euros confuse me a lot. Alone the reviewing of the development plans, the geotechnical report, and the contract with subsequent discussion took about 5 hours with us (minus the first hour). So that is already 340 euros just for that part, and no travel costs were incurred here.

The high amount is because you have the all-inclusive package. We only "booked" accompaniment for the construction inspections, so the guy comes to our construction site 7 times. For the meantime, we have a builder-experienced friend who keeps an eye on it.
