Costs - Excavation for single-family house with basement

Although I have been less active here in recent months (hope that changes again), I also have an offer regarding earthworks / excavation.

Earthworks --> Remove intermediate material (red layer) with a thickness of approx. 25cm, load, transport and dispose of (180 m³) for €3,240 net
Excavation --> Excavation of the construction pit with approx. 4m depth with a total of over 2,500 m³ for €20,000 net

I find your prices @exto1791 somewhat expensive or did I overlook something?

a) It always depends on how big your hole is - and then of course anyway: with or without a basement? b) The disposal costs are crucial here! It naturally varies a lot from region to region... ultimately that is also the price that makes the difference :) c) With us the settling of the revision shaft is also included with €2,500, which you can then possibly deduct.

After consulting with 5 other builders (neighbors), the costs are totally realistic. The others also paid that much. They also already have comparison offers. Under €30,000... no chance unfortunately :(

Since we are building with TG and KG, it will be quite a big hole! ;)

The Munich soil seems to be pretty good (at least for us). We hardly have any landfill costs here because the contractor will probably reuse a large part of it. Maybe I have the small bonus that the contractor is known to us...

: Are the €20,000 net costs for excavation including loading & transport, or without? Wanted to compare, because e.g. for 540 m³ including loading, but without transport, we were estimated €3,456.00 net.
