Your list is not bad for a start.
Surveying is often a package consisting of a site and elevation plan, house surveying on the property, possibly string lining, possibly land surveying - whether someone has dug up boundary stones, if you have reasonable suspicion... and finally the surveying for the land registry after the house is completed.
With/without basement? Because without a basement, the excavation is limited and can possibly be spread on the property before, at the very end, some fresh topsoil is applied to shape the garden.
Matching the construction specification unfortunately never goes 100% (our experience), otherwise it would have to be as thick as a phone book. You also can’t have every provider answer 100 questions about the detailed construction execution, especially since then only references to "state of the art" and "subject to the executing trade" come. Even the prices per square meter for tiles, etc. are not comparable, as you don’t know how high the costs per sqm are at the respective sample center and whether, for example, laying costs for other materials/large formats are included or not. In our experience, all offers were within a 5% range in the end and we now have the most expensive one because in the details more was included and the follow-up costs (step trench, etc.) are then very cheap again.
My recommendation would therefore be to choose the provider who implements your own preferences for the general construction type (solid - aerated concrete, brick, KS or timber frame or concrete or ...) and offers the best house (look, layout, equipment) - of course within the set budget framework!
