Cost plan for our house construction – is it realistic?

my wife and I want to build this year. After several viewings, we have decided to have a solid house built. I have the construction service description.

We have already chosen a plot of land and discussed the equipment of the house. The broker for the plot, which is about 650m² in size, is still missing in the cost plan itself. The excavation can be distributed on the property, as it is slightly sloping.

What still has to be done by ourselves are the walls, ceilings, and floors. The bathrooms are finished.

Feel free to ask me questions so that I can take as much into account as possible. This is completely new territory for me.

I quote: The windows of the house will be equipped with surface-mounted roller shutters (Roka system or equivalent chosen by the contractor). The shutter slats consist of plastic in gray or white color. A crank handle will be attached to the roller shutter.

where are the painting works calculated?
Is the whole house to be tiled or where are the costs for the remaining floor coverings?
What about the roof drainage, completely into the sewer or infiltration, included in the house price?
Then also:
- SAT system?
- Telekom 600€ (without contract)?
