Cost plan for our house construction – is it realistic?

Sewer, electricity, water, and gas are also quite limited with an 8k allocation.

How high are the bathrooms tiled? 1.20m?

where are the painting works calculated?
Is the whole house going to be tiled or where are the costs for the remaining floors?
What about the roof drainage, completely into the sewer or infiltration, included in the house price?
Then also:
- SAT system?
- Telekom 600€ (without contract)?

- The floors will be done as own work. So this is really purely the calculation of the trades that the contractor does.

- Roof drainage runs up to the top edge of the base. So it still has to be done as own work?

- The cables for the sat or cable system are pulled into the desired room (according to the construction service description)

- I didn’t have Telekom on my radar. Will be addressed.

That’s a good question. I don’t quite understand the construction service description right now. I will ask about it too.

At our provider, you can inquire about the prices for the connections on the homepage. They are each under €2000 including 15m. So it varies a lot. Therefore, ask.

Don't forget the [kanalanschlussgebühr] for the supply lines. In some areas, it's quite steep because it is often calculated based on the square meters of the property.
