Cost KfW confirmation documentation & ventilation concept

Hello everyone,

we currently have the following "problem".
The planning by the architects is finished, however, the in-house energy consultant no longer has the necessary KfW approval. For applying for the funds, the calculation and online confirmation must now be provided by an energy consultant.
We currently have an offer for this, for which I simply cannot find a comparable option. Can you help to classify it (just roughly, not down to the euro).

- Energy consulting for KfW fund application
- Ventilation concept according to DIN1946-6
- Summer thermal protection
- KfW documentation during construction (5 site visits) and certification of the targeted standard and use of the corresponding materials.

Service description according to AHO publication 23 Thermal insulation and energy balancing
Service phases 1-5

€7500 gross.

You also have to consider the final acceptance. But €7,500 should be more than enough for both.

In general, it seems difficult to determine a market price for the energy consultation. The 7500€ will be enough, I have an offer above that, but the question is whether it is perhaps way too expensive or within the range.

With us, it is supposedly included with €833. Energy calculation and construction supervision. But I also feel that this is too little and will ask again.

The price includes the site visits!
