Cost estimation for hillside construction

Hello, are there any further findings yet? How does the slope look? Is there little excavation and little removal of earth?

We are currently in the process of creating the draft and the final cost estimate. As soon as everything is finished, I will gladly post a detailed update. In an initial rough estimate, we assumed 500-600 m3 of excavation. The garden and terrace probably need to be backfilled; maybe we can use some of it there.

In the meantime, we have received a more detailed plan for approximately 900m3 of built-up space. We have spoken with a total of 3 architects, and the rough cost estimate remained roughly the same each time. Here are some items; maybe someone can assess them.

In the fit-out and incidentals items, I have summarized quite a bit, as otherwise it would be too granular. Fit-out includes things like plastering, windows, floors, etc. Incidentals include architect fees and so on.

Honestly, it also seemed quite high to me. Soil class Z0... However, the architect is aware of it, no idea why he estimated it so high. I will follow up on that.
