We have now had an initial conversation, for which the house was estimated at approximately 440k. Additionally, there are the architect's fees as well as a 100k buffer for elaborate work on the slope and other incidental costs. We will still speak with other architects, but I think the costs will always be quite similar. A concrete breakdown will only be available after the preliminary planning.
My first "valuable tip" on the question "whether you can realize your dream" is to look at the development plan – and then you tell us first what the usage template says and what the height restrictions are. You can find steep slopes here at in and in combination with a towel-shaped window at in – and to complete the trilogy, you then go to in – just as a rough outline of the houses built here by "fellow sufferers" of slope locations.
So the height restrictions are
FH Max = 12
TH Max = 8
