We had significantly less in the offers - but that was a year ago and here in NRW.

With you, not only the VAT is more expensive, but generally the costs are higher. Therefore, I wouldn't play that down...

Depending on the size of the house, the controlled residential ventilation system has more watts - ours takes double your assumption. Just by the way - of course, that doesn't matter for the installation costs.

I would have also estimated 9-12K Euros for a single-family house. 15K with the appropriate extras.

Did the OP already answer the question whether electric shutters are installed?
Thermostats are also missing. People always tell me you need them and can't do without.

I find the surcharge for socket - SAT socket quite enormous. There's a 60 Euro difference. Such a socket never costs that much anymore. Double LAN costs 190 Euros. Also a rather steep price.

: There will be 2 electric louver blinds.

After comparing all the received offers, we were able to include quite a bit in the follow-up negotiation based on the above-mentioned offer (complete network, 10 spotlights, inspection report, connection for kitchen appliances, etc...). All in all, we are now at about 14,500.

The high costs for the connection of controlled residential ventilation and heat pump are experience values from previous installations. Everyone had offered roughly this amount. We were able to get a 10% discount here. Still quite a bit of money for that somehow.

I think one can live with that.

It is best to ask for a complete bill of quantities or a detailed breakdown in the offer. So you know exactly what costs what. That way, if you need an extra socket, switch, or spot later, it doesn’t always lead to wild price negotiations. And remember the outdoor lighting. You don’t have to choose any lamps, but at least the cables should be laid for switches, motion detectors, and lamps. Access to the garden and terrace is also often forgotten.

Thanks for the tip. The current offer is already based on unit prices. That means a socket always costs a total of X including labor and materials. It does not matter whether it is installed 1m next to the distributor or at the other end of the house.
