Many thanks for the many feedbacks! Calms us down a bit I will post the details here asap. Maybe there will be one or two more tips for the installation execution itself That would certainly be very helpful.
Ok, thanks. €15,000 would also have been our "gut feeling." I will upload the wiring - still need to clarify a bit here regarding the rights to the plans.
The indication for the children’s rooms is TOTAL - so half per room.
I will upload the offer - together with the plans then.
Thanks for the hint. Network is available in every room. Mainly for IPTV.
Since almost everything is on one level (a kind of floating bungalow), one should manage the rest with WLAN.
The electricians of the other builders are located much further north, that unfortunately doesn’t help much.
Spots are certainly more expensive - especially the installation work as one hears. We are not big fans of spots. In the bathroom and kitchen as support okay - but the rest could be nicer with normal lamps, I think.
Ok. I will upload the plans soon and gladly put them up for discussion. Price estimate confirms the previous posts, thanks!
The fuse box is included, yes. Basically, it is a complete offer from the electrician himself.
The other questions will surely be clarified by the electrical plans. Protection as far as I know individually for everything where necessary.
Spots would be installed in the concrete ceiling.
One could certainly save 10% on the sockets without significant loss of comfort. But that does not seem to be the cost driver.
Without going into wiring/circuitry now, that is really significantly overpriced.
However, I would say that the equipment will be somewhat above the normal standard. The video system will hit hard - certainly 2-3k.
I would have also felt around 15k now, which should already be top price.

Per child’s room or overall? Overall is okay.
You can really spend a lot of money here. There are branded switch programs where you get a simple cover for €4 and also ones for over €25. That’s already a €2.5k difference.
Overall, I also agree with Sebastian: based on your presentations and without knowing details, I find that clearly overpriced.
Maybe you can upload the redacted offer.

I would also have estimated 12-15k now...
Intercom system, outdoor, and the two-way switches are the cost drivers.
It already sounds like a larger installation, but with too little network

Then you just need to ask the electricians who worked for the other builders for a quote.
Couldn’t the spots also be a cost driver? Depending on circumstances of course ...

Hello,
when I read 10LS here, I ask myself if that means 10 switches or 10 switching points. In the first case, you have one point where 10 switches are installed. In the other case, 10 switching points where each has one switch installed. I think you need significantly more details than you have provided so far to assess this. With many two-way switches, I would recommend going towards KNX anyway. Especially with high-end equipment, that will be cheaper (even if some don't want to believe that)...
Regardless, €28k for a classic installation is actually quite expensive (for a house of this size)
best regards
Thomas

Also important, is the fuse box included? How many individually fused sockets (e.g. in the kitchen for dishwasher and each oven and the cooktop). Light switches really important, whether two-way switches and individual points each. Then the spots .. what should one imagine there?
The number of sockets doesn’t seem oversized to me now. I also have nearly 60 sockets in my 66 sqm apartment .
What about roller shutter control?
