Thank you very much for the many responses. On the one hand, I can make use of some of it, on the other hand, the variation is quite enormous. yes please, if you could add your two cents and also once the enclosed space in m³. We can of course also discuss my construction project in detail later. At first, this was about a cost estimate for the bank. The plan is to do a lot in-house and the rest in individual contracts. I will probably do it differently than usual (at least I think so), I will build the shell myself and mainly contract out the finishing. I have already obtained an offer for building materials and was actually positively surprised. Compared to 14 years ago, the price increase is relatively low, but maybe more on that later. Thank you very much

For a single-family house (also applies to a semi-detached house) a flat rate is calculated BJ 2019 €2000 (€2100)/sqm living and usable area, Energy Saving Ordinance 2016, plastered, normal standard (premium first needs to be explained) without KNX and similar, simple design Additional ancillary construction costs of 40-50 thousand Garage, carport, outbuildings, basement, outdoor facilities and paving extra

Hello again, I found a BKI book from 2017. It lists prices for two-family houses of about 2350 per living area. This more or less corresponds to your information. If now has a newer edition of the book, I would be very interested to know how the price increase has been over the past years. Thanks again to everyone for their participation.

Hey, a bit late, but here it is:

Values from the BKI 2020.
For up to three residential units, I have referred to the single- to two-family house key figures, not basemented, medium standard:

Cost group 300+400
BRI: Ø 440 per m³ (385 – 520 EUR per m²)
BGF: Ø 1,420 per m² (1,200 – 1,730)
NUF: Ø 2,130 EUR per m² (1,750 -2,660)
NE (living area): Ø 2,270 EUR per m² (1,920 – 2,700)

If you need other key figures, percentage shares of the individual cost groups, or ranges for individual trades, feel free to write. However, I will not be back at work for another three weeks. The answer will then take a little longer.
