Do you want to forgive everything, or also provide EL?

It is not quite comparable with us, but I will post a few items (net) from an "offer" that we probably will not accept.

2x bathroom and renewal of water pipes: 60k

Painting work fine plaster: 17.5k

2x walls removed including beams: 6.5k

We are having the entire roof renewed, that would be another 65k. I haven’t been able to figure that out from you yet?

Facade stone wool: 48k Window construction all in around 53k (including roller shutters, partly Raffstore, window sills inside and outside, as well as minor changes to window size - not that you fall off your chair)

Read amounts:
Electricity: 20
Roof: 30, but you can also insulate the ceiling of the floor itself if it is not to be developed, likewise the basement ceiling. Depends on the condition of the roof.
Underfloor heating in: 20
Heating: 10-15, gas would also require a connection to be installed
Windows 20-30
Kitchen: 15
Bathroom: per bathroom 10-15, but open upwards
Insulate facade: 20-30
Water pipes: 5
Interior plaster I don't know, maybe 10-15?
If you bring the building to a good energy standard, there are also subsidies. If you install underfloor heating (consider the load-bearing capacity of the ceiling), I would go for a heat pump instead of gas. With 200,000 € you should be able to do quite a bit; partly (bathrooms, floors out, insulate ceilings, interior doors) you can also contribute EL depending on demands and skills.

it would be interesting if you could break down your points in terms of costs in more detail

Counter offers? Or is that currently standard on the market, depending on the region of course?

If you say you won't accept the "quote," presumably the former?

To be honest, that’s hard to say. Here in our region (in BW like the OP) it is difficult to get offers. It should also be said that we want an extension as well and therefore wanted to award a company that acts as a general contractor. So I assume that a surcharge was added per trade. An additional 10% on everything for site management was really too much for us overall. The current plan is to do as much electrical work ourselves and rather award trades that contribute to the subsidy.
