Cost estimate architect single-family house. Your assessment

So, today we were at the architect (Rhein-Neckar-Kreis) and received the following information:

250,000€ total construction cost gross (KG 300+400) for 142m² living space and/or 630m³ gross volume.
1750€/m²
395€/m³ (although upon asking whether this is also "current," it was corrected to 420€/m³ ... however, this is an estimate with basement), so I am doing well with my 400€/m³!?

I consider it too tight calculated taking the building structure into account, but it doesn't matter. You should develop a design that takes your space program into account and is within the budget.
