Even more surprising to me is the price for the tiles 20x120. I don't know what's so special about these tiles,
Long and narrow can break easily.
When as a builder you are confronted during the construction phase with 2 price adjustments beyond 30K, you really are no longer willing to be "fooled."
But not for the tile upgrades, right?
Just try laying tiles of this format on the wall yourself, then you'll know where the surcharge comes from.
Cool post! Hats off! In theory, any civil servant or armchair critic can’t understand numbers ;) Let them realize for themselves what extra effort it means to lay 29 x 129 or 120 x 120, and that horizontally too.
