We had 120 cm x 120 cm laid on the ground floor and in both bathrooms by the renowned local specialist company and paid about 200€/sqm "all-in". So for me, 75€/sqm base plus 135€/sqm is okay.

Simply try tiling the wall yourself with tiles in this format, then you'll know where the extra charge comes from.

We had 120x120 tiles laid for bathrooms and the rest of the ground floor in 80x80 for €7500. We are talking about approximately 120 sqm to be laid. Additionally, there are about €4500 for the tiles and €1800 for the materials. In total, it is €13800 for 120 sqm - equivalent to €115 per sqm.

Did you pay 200€/sqm only for the installation? For me, 120x120 cm, the installation would cost gross 135+base40=175. Plus the material tiles 111+base35=146€ (I can buy these tiles myself for 83€/sqm). Total costs installation+material 175+146=321€ And the installation 20x120 cm for 123+base40=163€/sqm seems massively overpriced, even if they are laid in a wild pattern.
