Hello everyone,
in the planning of our wall structure, the architect planned the following:
24cm pumice stone, 8cm mineral wool, 2cm air layer.
Now we have found that our bricklayer did not plan an air layer but uses the mineral wool with 10cm. After we showed this to the architect, he did not consider it a problem and said it can be neglected. If I understood correctly, we now have a "core insulation" since there is no air layer.
I tried to research on the internet and only found one study that confirms this statement.
Do you share this view??
Many thanks for your help
