Apart from the fact that this depends on countless factors, the asking price often has little to do with the final price. From such a list, almost no conclusions can be drawn.

Actually, only the price per square meter remains, relativized by the region and year of construction. With about €2,200/m², the house in the first post initially seems to be within the normal range.
