How does the calculation work? 4800kWh divided by 150m²... then it would be 32
The calculation goes like this: your house needs about 40-80 kWh of HEAT per m² per YEAR. However, your place has already consumed 32 kWh/m² just in January. With a heating period of 4-5 months, you are then well above the 40-80 kWh/m²a. - Unless your house is larger than 150m²?
KfW 55 house 130m2 without basement
Period 12/21 - 2/21
Everywhere between 22-23 degrees
1179kwh
That seems quite high to me - but it has also been quite cold here for 2 weeks.
that's about 19 KW per day, just heating or including household electricity?
Doesn't seem like much to me.
We have about 30 KW per day consumption 130m² + basement (heating electricity + household electricity)

Household electricity is another 7 kWh on top. But then it adds up.
I once gave the electricity provider 5000 kWh as a basis for the heating instalment, hopefully that will be enough in the end.
