Maybe an open conversation would help more. You can clearly say that you have the impression that the construction company is trying to take advantage of you. Address the mentioned points openly and say that it seems they have always been cutting costs at your expense and are now trying again to undermine the contract to your disadvantage. It is best to do this in a direct conversation and not by email or letter.

That way everyone can put their cards on the table and hopefully you won’t part ways upset in the end. After all, you still want 5 years of warranty without constantly having to argue. A good relationship is worth a lot, but please don’t let yourself be taken for a ride, because that doesn’t help.

Today (before/at signing) they said, isn’t it actually 4 months?
Then he recalculated and without compromises made it 4 months.

Then another 1100€ deduction for “defects” that still need to be fixed.
