Hi, so....obviously they always try to save money.

Today (before/during signing) they said, isn’t it actually 4 months?
Then he recalculated and without compromises, made it 4 months.
So 2000€.
Then another 1100€ deduction for "defects" that still need to be fixed.

Regarding the electricity, he told us....we’ll probably agree on that, the electrician will likely have to pay since he didn’t connect the outdoor unit properly.

I’m curious, I have photos of the meter when it was connected and also the email from back then.

Our electricity provider has already sent us an advance bill, heat pump and household electricity should cost 165€ per month.
Those were their estimates.
We were almost shocked, since until now we only had household electricity

we have 210 sqm (2 units). Our apartment pays 40 Hamburg electricity and the unit above

85€ for the heat pump which also heats water.

Completely OK. Still cheaper than gas in the rental apartment.

Otherwise you can roughly calculate the kWh as cost. Your general contractor seems very lenient. He can least be blamed for the advances.

He already knows something about the installment, it was connected incorrectly ;-)

At the moment we pay 84€ for electricity and 23€ for gas.

I think we'll just leave the estimate with you, we'll pay 165€ a month. If it was too much, you get the money back and the installment will be reduced

The discount is already determined beforehand; it has nothing to do with the fact that it was connected incorrectly before.

Sure, the down payment is fixed, but the 4600kWh of consumption is not, so about 1000€.
