Construction supervision via Bauherren-Schutzbund, Association of Private Builders, TÜV, DEKRA, independent expert surveyor, or "xyz"...?

There are infinitely many websites of "CLUBS" or those who want to be. Some with professional appearances and sometimes you wonder if you are not falling for a con artist. Bauherren-Verein-XYZ...DE, NET, COM....

For our construction, we also chose an external expert and made sure that he is publicly appointed and sworn in. Alternatively, you can also view a list of experts available in your area at your local Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK).

What do you think, how many inspections by the building expert are reasonable? We are builders and have an offer from TÜV Süd with 4 inspections see picture below. Is 3 + 1 too few?

What are the costs for the 4 inspections? Where are electrical and sanitary installations as well as windows and heating covered? Or not desired?

Must a proper expert witness be registered with the IHK as a publicly appointed and sworn expert, or can they also be registered with the [Architektenkammer]? Is one better than the other?

Who has already had experience with a reputable federal/state association, possibly even in NRW?

I wanted to ask if you have found one in NRW now? Because I am also looking for one... ;-)
