We decided on DEKRA. A well-known name guarantees reliability - unfortunately, far from the truth. Over €3000 thrown away. In several building sections audited by Dekra, errors were not noticed at all; they only became apparent during the internal quality assurance of the construction company. And I emphasize, these were obvious defects to a professional!!! The consequences were, of course, only noticed after the 5-year warranty period. But DEKRA does not consider it necessary to acknowledge mistakes or at least propose a settlement. You are fobbed off with a silly letter, that's it:
