and nordannay: did you have enough time since the purchase contract was formulated as a handover condition or was it tight towards the end? Was it also a new construction project or a different property for you?

In our case, it was an existing property ... but even there, you never know for sure if it will be vacated within the deadline

Fit with us without any problems. Selected and purchased the property in January 2013. Then listed and sold the real estate. Meanwhile, the house was planned, built, and moved into at the end of May 2014. However, we still would have had time afterwards.
