GF: 68.25 sqm/GF - 65.72 sqm/LF, UG: 56.40 sqm/GF and 47.78 sqm/LF; so a total of 124.65 sqm/GF or 113.51 sqm/LF at a price of TEUR 160 on a concrete slab; solid construction and as a KFW 70-efficiency house.

Plus the bonus from a major construction financier (Nowitzki advertises for them), which rebates the KfW, so that there is 0.4% on the already favorable KfW loan. That means - with TEUR 35 equity capital - the monthly burden amounts to € 829.00 for a KfW 70-efficiency house; that is € 69.00/month less than in a comparable Energy Saving Ordinance variant/house.
