That it is almost certainly a bullet loan in combination with an expensive building society savings contract that yields no interest (0.01%), moreover without built-in repayment during the savings phase. That means, if you do not make special repayments yourself in a disciplined manner, you will not reduce any debt during the entire time! Whether the saver can then pay off the debt at maturity would have to be calculated. Have them give you a savings and repayment plan (or installment payment plan, since nothing is regularly repaid).

Ever held a calculator in your hand? It takes seven seconds to answer the question with no.

P.S. How much is the loan?

If my assumptions above are correct (bullet loan with building savings contract), then you have roughly estimated based on a loan amount of 350,000 EUR, assuming that no special repayments and no special payments are made on the building savings contract, you would have about 130,000 EUR outstanding debt + building savings fees after the term. I wouldn't find that good.
