May I just ask something? Are you referring to the Axa in this specific case with this statement, or would you also generally see it that one should not finance with Axa? That is not quite clear to me. We also have an offer from Axa, which according to Interhyp was simultaneously the one with the lowest interest rate for us. We wouldn’t necessarily want to "buy" this flexibility at an extra "expensive" price either, but if it is the cheapest offer anyway, we would like to take it. We are actually currently about to make a decision, so your statement somewhat confuses me. Sorry for the OT ops:.The AXA offer may be the most flexible offer at the most expensive terms. But I consider it (except for a few exceptions) to be the wrong one.

So now about A1 and A2: From the perspective of ZiÄR, it is completely irrelevant whether 197 TEUR are outstanding in 15 years or 173 TEUR in 20 years. According to the motto... paying off faster is best, I would take A1 for 15 years with the rate from A2.
