Construction financing for house building in Brandenburg with difficulties

Thank you for your assessment and notes. The total for the house breaks down as follows:
    [*]365,000 € for the building [*]120,000 € for the technology (of which 10 k is BAFA-eligible) [*]22,000 € for the architect 20,000 € for the garden and 20,000 € for the kitchen extra plus buffer. That’s how I arrived at 560 k. All other incidental costs will be paid from equity.
There is definitely potential for savings. I think about 40 k, if not more. So far, we have been with Interhyp. They were surprised every time that it failed because of the property value. Now we are waiting for feedback from ING. My thought was to critically review the costs again and skip a few extra wishes, then approach banks in the region.

Why do you calculate only with 10k funding for KfW40+?

You are right. I didn't specify that but I possibly have the 30 K repayment subsidy and Baukindergeld in mind. The 10 K only refers to LWWP+controlled residential ventilation. I don't know of any more. Or did I forget something?

That would also be my feeling. Do you think they are "more relaxed" or take the market on site more seriously?

Unfortunately, I do not know the exact subsidies for new buildings, but I also don't know more than BAFA and KfW. Maybe there is something from your federal state?
