Construction financing, also sewage pipes and property access roads?

hello, I have chosen a plot of land, but unfortunately no sewage pipes have been connected to this plot yet (this will happen soon). Now to my question: will these costs be charged to me or will a bank finance them, since it is a part of the house, or will the municipality cover them? The same applies to the access road to the property, is something like that paid out of pocket or does the bank cover it? best regards

You mean the plot is not yet developed? Development costs will definitely be passed on. If you bought or buy it fully developed, then the costs are included in the purchase price of the land.



Why wouldn't it finance it?



well, if you look at it closely, you pay everything out of your own pocket anyway. The bank just lends you the money. ;)

I don't quite understand the question.....:confused:

Hello,
development costs are always a tricky matter. Even if the plot is sold as fully developed, it does not necessarily mean that the connections have to be on your chosen plot. No matter how you look at it, the builder always has to cover these costs.
Another good €20,000 can be added there.

So, carefully look at everything beforehand and better read everything 3-4 times.
