Clearly: There is no limit on the number of people in private spaces at the federal level, at least for work in construction. You can work with five people there, whether that makes sense is another matter.
oh yeah? On what legal basis are you referring to?
Take the resolution paper - point 1 is more or less a request.
Points 2 to 4 refer to public spaces.
Point 5 does contain a moral judgment about parties in private spaces ("unacceptable"), but that is not a legal prohibition. There is absolutely nothing about normal gatherings in one’s own apartment.
Point 6ff concerns businesses and the duration of validity.
You could nicely turn the police away at the door if they wanted to disturb you at a coffee chat with the countrywomen.
But even for the last idiot: I am not saying that this is sensible in the current situation.
I am only saying that it is not forbidden. At least not according to the resolution paper. Some individual regional rulers seem to be overreacting a bit. No idea what they thought they could restrict.
You seem to have trouble with reading comprehension and have apparently perfected selective perception. I have not even hinted at a "nyah-nyah." But let's leave it at that. The main thing is that everyone stays healthy. You are right. The order is not a law. Nevertheless, administrative offenses are sanctioned. I have no idea what is being discussed here when someone like you says: "nyah-nyah, at home I can do whatever I want." For me, there is nothing to discuss here. Just keep quiet for once and act responsibly, Do you have masks? Can you work in different rooms? Many things can be done with 2 meters distance. There are quite a few who want to move privately these days.
