Construction diary of the new build of a city villa with garage

The construction has finally started with us. I want to share my experiences, concerns, questions, etc. regarding the house construction here in order to get opinions from experienced people. So, a kind of small construction diary.

The earthworks have been completed by delivering 340t of sand because we need to fill in, and the trenches for the strip foundation have also been created. The steel mesh for reinforcement is ready.

Now the appointment for the creation of the base slab has come. Pipes for wastewater and the [Mehrspartenanschluss] must be installed, the foundation earth conductor laid, the dimpled membrane laid out, reinforcement tied, and formwork must be set up. Is all that achievable in one day including the delivery of the concrete???

Before I write further details about it, I would like to hear your opinion.

Many things are possible...
On the first day of our construction site, strip foundations were excavated, reinforced, and concreted.
2 days break
Then pipes, multi-duct house entry, reinforcement, formwork, and slab in one day.

They were there each time with 6 men.

Your plan would therefore be possible, but whether it makes sense to pour strip foundations and slab at the same time should be judged by others here.

That would have been my next question whether it doesn’t have to be cast separately.

So your guys took 2 days for it and mine want to do it in one day with five?

It always depends on the number of people and the organization. As already mentioned, many things are possible. With us, 3 men needed about 1.5 weeks for it, but with [Schalsteine] for the aprons - like with you, it might have been a week.

Does anyone have information on the topic of pouring the foundation and slab separately or together?
