Well, cold guess... my profession is listed in my profile, visible to everyone... but you can't even click!

Hello,

A NERD like you is interesting for a (limited) time; better don’t overstretch it; I like to make decisions based on my gut feeling

You have already been warned ...

Rhenish greetings

And if I were working as a hairdresser.... that would be fine and would not allow any conclusions about intelligence.

At least in your case, because hairdresser is not a desk job, which you mentioned further above...
Besides, judging someone by their profession does not show intelligence.

Is there an idiot-ignore button here???

Hey everyone, just calm down and don’t be so hard on me. He’s just saying that he’s not going to have a soil survey done for himself, just like I do, because I know for my project, for example, that I have sandy soil and rock at about 1 meter depth. But everyone has to decide for themselves what they do. In any case, I’m saving myself the geologist. By the way, my general contractor, who has built about 50 houses in the area over the past 10 years, also says that it’s wasted money in our area. But that doesn’t apply to all regions of Germany. For example, I know of a hospital that is now being built about 20 km away, where there is groundwater and so on. Why? Because the gentlemen are sinking our tax money into a former swamp. And there was definitely a soil survey done there!!!

Wrong! He gives false advice on things he knows nothing about, generalizes and judges forum members here and is sassy!

I'm signing off here!

.. thanks .. that’s exactly right ... I could give many more examples ... but these bureaucrats just don’t get it ... well, when you read the ramblings of some "wannabe house advisors" here in the forum, who are definitely not experts, you just can’t stop laughing ...
