Construction costs of solid house 2025 in Bavaria

So two full floors with approx. 185 sqm living space + 90 sqm usable basement? I would guess around 3/4 million + X.

Very little information. 9 x 12 plus "1 storey" can range from 150 sqm to 180 sqm.
That times €3000 for a standard equipment of a compact house.
Then €135,000 more for the usable basement.
Then additional construction costs of €30-50k.
Exterior facilities can also swallow huge sums in hilly Bavaria.

You can already take do it yourself courses and visit a gym to train muscle strength and endurance. You can also start chopping the wood so it can dry.

Then save a bit for the equity and build it yourself. I would skip the basement because of the costs and instead build a large garage or a small hall. That's also more practical.

Well, then just build it yourself. Just start and the rest will come by itself. You are still young and can get things done. Then 300,000 euros could easily be enough for your project. What you don't know, you can learn.
