So, even in the "Ländle" it is possible to build at a reasonable price with proper equipment. However, it depends a lot on the building. Flourishes, angles, corners, frills significantly increase the cost. With a 24-page checklist, everyone (!!) will calculate a hefty "fear premium" (without knowing exactly what's in it, it could be that these are obvious things that not every lacquer shoe artist can answer). The basement is certainly the problem; I would also quickly give up on the 70,000 (with the requirements including all!! work).

Painting work 15,000.-€ ???
I would rather set the red pen here; almost everyone should be able to handle the paint roller.
Otherwise, are no EL possible?

Only that painting work encompasses more than just the actual brushing.

What do you count as all that, I mean anyone should be able to mask off and stick a strip of paper to the wall, also called wallpapering, is not rocket science either, I say as an academic...

Offer from our general contractor from the north for a usable basement with 6 "windows" and casemates measuring 14 x 9.24m and 2.30m room height, basic electrical, water and only 6cm exterior insulation (will be increased)...

59 TEUR for a black tank;
in white WU version: + 9 TEUR on top.

Drainage as suspenders to the WU belt would be another 8 grand on top...

Painting basement in simplest spray technique around 3 TEUR.
Painting, filling, painting fleece for house walls + ceiling 200 sqm: 12,500 TEUR.
