So now our cost estimates for the entire building have arrived. I have a question about this. We have approximately 1000m³ of enclosed space above the top of the foundation slab. Everything in the attic that is not developed has only been calculated with 2/3. Now our architect has set 340€ per m³ of enclosed space. That makes about 340k including the basement. My idea now is that if I can build the basement for 55k and then calculate everything from the top of the raw ceiling with 390€/m³, it will come to about 15k less in total. What do you think about this calculation? Are the 390€/m³ without basement realistic? I have read that one calculates with about 330€/m³ to 430€/m³. Since I am a mason myself, the basement would be no problem for us to do ourselves. Regarding the house: - should be Kfw70, gas condensing boiler with solar, Swedish stove in the living room, if possible no controlled residential ventilation, gable roof with pitch 28°, one dormer, the equipment should be slightly above standard.
